These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wnibd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the wnibd website located at https://wnibd.io and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, bingo, and any other products offered through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

wnibd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the wnibd Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit bonus credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Stake" means the monetary amount wagered by the Player on any game, bet, or event.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by wnibd before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency accepted and disbursed by wnibd.

To register and maintain an account on wnibd, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wnibd enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request documentary evidence of age when deemed necessary.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and third-party operators may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of wnibd or any of its technology or content providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from wnibd or any related Platform under a responsible gaming request that remains active.

Each Player may hold only one account on wnibd. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or in combination with other persons — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

wnibd reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or in response to a support request. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wnibd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

wnibd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however wnibd reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits in the interest of responsible gaming or pursuant to its security and fraud prevention obligations.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically reflect in your Account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day. wnibd does not charge a processing fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All funds deposited into your Account are held in a segregated manner and are available for use on the Platform. Deposited funds that have not been wagered do not accrue interest. wnibd does not act as a financial institution and your Account is not a bank account.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account management section of the Platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the limits of that method.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification in full. wnibd reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within the same business day, subject to verification status.
• Rocket and Upay: Typically processed within one to two business days.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer: Typically processed within one to three business days.
• Visa and Mastercard: Typically processed within three to five business days, subject to card-issuer policies.

wnibd does not impose withdrawal fees on its end. Your payment provider may apply their own charges. If a withdrawal cannot be processed via the original payment method (for example, due to account closure at the payment provider), wnibd will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

wnibd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules applicable to all wnibd promotions include:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• wnibd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, or void bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, the exploitation of system errors, or coordinated wagering activity designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Players who have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or activate bonuses during that period.

wnibd offers sports betting on a range of markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the pre-match or in-play odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change up until bet confirmation.
• A bet is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation reference number from the Platform. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a connection error, system fault, or any other technical issue are not valid and will not be settled.
• wnibd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a manifest error. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, wnibd's market-specific settlement rules will apply. As a general rule, markets on matches that do not reach their official completion stage within 36 hours of the scheduled start time will be settled as void and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market may apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may be changed by wnibd at any time.
• wnibd reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any individual account at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

wnibd's casino game library includes live casino tables, slots, bingo, crash games, and instant-win titles provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each game is governed by the rules of that specific game as displayed within the game interface.

All casino games at wnibd use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by wnibd or any player. wnibd is not responsible for disconnections, device failures, or internet interruptions that occur during an active game round. Where a game round is interrupted and cannot be completed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's technical protocols.

Progressive jackpot games are subject to the jackpot rules of the respective game provider. Jackpot pools and contribution rates are determined by the provider and are not within wnibd's direct control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wnibd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or communication failures on the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform or any associated software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or wnibd staff through any communication channel.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.

All content on the wnibd Platform — including but not limited to the wnibd brand name and logo, game graphics and audio, text, software, page layouts, user interface elements, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of wnibd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of wnibd.

wnibd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at wnibd.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wnibd uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account credentials are stored in hashed form and are never accessible in plain text by wnibd staff. wnibd will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

wnibd is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your total spend.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, no further bets or stakes will be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) without closing your account permanently.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and block yourself from re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the chosen exclusion period.

wnibd enforces a strict 21+ policy. We reserve the right to conduct age verification checks at any time and to suspend any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is under 21 years of age.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wnibd's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wnibd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether wnibd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wnibd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond wnibd's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. wnibd will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods of unavailability.

wnibd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — wnibd will provide at least 14 days' notice via a notification on the Platform and/or an email to the address registered on the Player's account.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting wnibd support. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and wnibd arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting wnibd support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of initial written notification, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution channels. wnibd will cooperate fully with any such process and will provide all relevant account records and transaction data required.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
